I try to go to pay my bill. I click the app and am told “Update required to continue”.
However, when I go to update on my phone, THERE IS NO AVAILABLE UPDATE.
I have restarted phone. I have deleted and reinstalled the app.
Obviously, there is no getting through to customer service chat (2 hour wait and gave up).
Can anyone advise me as to how to rectify this problem? Please bear in mind I am not tech savvy, so any simple instructions would be greatly appreciated.

iPhone or Android?
What software version? The iPhone is at iOS 16.1.1 now

Last time I opened the app(android phone) I got the same message and was able to click the update button on the app itself and it took me to the Google Play Store for the update.
I personally hate the app as it seems every time I try to use it to check something on my account I get an error of some kind. Can you sign into your account on a laptop or desktop computer instead. You should be able to pay your bill that way if you are within 6 or 7 days of the billing date. Better yet click the auto pay button and don't worry about trying to pay it again. Payment will be deduct on the very day the next billing cycle is due or begins, just a suggestion.
