To contact customer service sign into your account, app or PC(I prefer the latter), click on the help if on a PC, on the app it is the little box with the 3 dots, answer something else until you get a box to type in and type agent. My preferred method is X/Twitter and send them a DM on their support page and they will send you a link for direct chat no waiting in line. Facebook also works by sending them a message to their page, Instagram I believe also works.

As for the Back Market deal no it is for new customers. If you do to the Visible website, click on deals, find the Back Market deal and click "see terms" below the deal.
There are rarely any promos for current customers other than upgrading to the next plan and there hasn't been one of those since last fall IIRC.
