I had already contacted Visible through their Chat before posting. Their customer service said they couldn't change the due date. Customer Service said it starts the day service is activated and have no way to change the due date. I thought maybe others may had found a way to get around this. Others have mentioned cancelling and restarting on the date I want. I'm not sure if this is the solution. Any help would be appreciated and thank you for your help.

Since it is prepaid you could try letting the payment lapse for a few days and see if that changes the payment date but I don't know if this will work or not.

Currently there is no option to change your due date, which after much research I have figured out. I wish they would come up with a way to set up a different automatic payment due date. I'm sure there are thousands of customers that would appreciate that. What I'm going to try is making my payment for this month and then scheduling another payment for the same month on the date that I want my payments to come out. So basically I will be one month ahead forever or until I cancel my service. If that doesn't work and doesn't change my due date, the only other option is to suspend service for a couple days and then reinstate my service. That's the only way to change your due date at this time. My payment is due on the 30th of the month and I get paid on the 3rd of the month so I want my payments to come out on the 5th so I have money in my account for sure. Hopefully this will help and maybe start requesting that visible make it payments due dates an option to change. Thanks!
