Data

Ao I live next to the Canadian Boarder, not in Canada but Visible thinks I am.

I've tried to talk to them but I never get anything back.

They just tell me then my global pass on but I'm not in Canada so I shouldn't have to spend extra money just to use my phone.

It sounds like you are getting your signal from a tower across the border that is closer than a tower on the US side. I don't know how you would fix that other than changing to a carrier on T-Mobile or AT&T towers. I am also guessing you are on the base plan if you are not getting any data and Global pass is required. Even if you stepped up to the plus or pro plans you would be limited to a few GB's of data each day then slowed down, and if Visible sees the majority of the data being consumed from a Canadian tower it may get flagged and Visible could terminate your service.
