I need some clarification please as I was given very opposing information from two different live agents within the same day. I have paid off at least 50% of my current Pixel phone via Affirm. I inquired about upgrading to the new iPhone model. The first agent told me I was only able to upgrade to a newer Pixel. The second agent I spoke with (initially about a totally different issue) said that I was eligible to upgrade to any Apple, Google or Samsung model that I wanted and that Visible would pay off my Affirm loan remaining on my current Pixel since I have reached 50%. What is the correct answer here?
