Does Verizon Internet discount apply to existing FIOS customers?

I am a new Visible customer but an existing Verizon Home Internet customer.  Does the $10/month discount on home internet apply only to new service, or are existing Verizon Home Internet customers eligible?

The offer is eligible on all new Verizon Home Internet plans per:

However, it wouldn't hurt to contact Verizon to see if they'll honor it.
