Last weekend I tried to sign up for Visible and purchase a phone. I received several emails verifying then saying my payment was declined. The last one said it is was verified but have not heard anything else since then. How can I find out whether everything actually went through?
If you ordered a phone last weekend you would have gotten it by now. Usually shipment is one to two business days. You would have to sign into your account to see if there has been a shipment, it would be listed under order history.
If you signed up for an account, your account name would be your email address they are sending the emails to. If you locked out of your account try getting a hold of customer service via chat, Twitter DM's or Facebook messenger.
