Existing Customer- New phone

I am an existing, visible customer and need a new phone. Every time I try to purchase a new phone I get the error "You already have a device order in your account and cannot place another device order. Please contact our Care team for help." I have tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no one has ever responded to me. I am currently in hour 4 of my wait period to chat to a representative today. Please help me, I really need to sort out this new phone because I need it for work.

Same issue for me.  Any resolution?
