Failed to reinstall eSIM -- no service

I finally got my eSIM installed and service working, only to find my voicemail could not be setup. Visible chatbot told me to reinstall the eSIM on my phone, via the Visible app, to solve this voicemail problem. After a few minutes the app told me that it could not install the new eSIM and I am now without service. It stated I have to wait for an email, but hours later nothing. Am I really supposed to put up with service outages for unknown amounts of time, as a result of following instructions that the chatbot gave me? And there is no other recourse?

If you don't have service and can't download another eSIM you need to contact Visible customer service to get a eSIM barcode sent to you. For information on how to contact Visible click the link below.

Also, if using the chat method just get around the chat bot by answering something else to the questions until you get a text box and type agent, it should ask if you want to speak to a representative. Again don't waste time with the chat bot help, it is useless.

Somehow I was able to get my eSIM working again. I don't even recall what the solution was after trying so many things.
