If you are on the app try a laptop or desktop and try accessing your account that way. If on the website try using the app. If neither work maybe try a different browser, if that doesn't work then you likely need to contact customer service through chat, Facebook messenger or Twitter.

I had the same problem. I chatted with Visible customer service and they fixed it within a couple of days.

Me too. And Chat is zero help, just keeps telling me the same thing.
