It has been a year I am with visible. But currently, I have seen signal lost on my iphone 12 pro max. However, it is connected with wifi. Is someone getting same problem?

Hey @bpositive - that's a bummer... I haven't run into this personally before, however one option is to have a Visible tech send an update to your SIM card which can help your sim connect to a different tower and improve signal.
You can send a direct message to Visible support so that you can get taken care of using @VisibleCare on Twitter, using the chat on Visible.com or sending them a message on Facebook Messenger...
As a side note there are also plans to add additional nodes this year to decrease of network latency to improve service in Western and Southern parts of the country- which could help if you are in those areas.

I also have the same issue inside my apartment.
