Friend code and new member offer not working together

Has anyone gotten a new member offer code ($15 off) and a friend code ($20 off) to work for the same order? 

I have been trying to add a code when checking out to start my service and it is not working.

Until recently it worked together I think it's still going on. If it doesn't work together that means that they stopped it and you could only use 1 but I think it's still going on

You may want to reach out directly to Visible support on this, just be forewarned they will most likely ask for the email address of the 'friend/family' member because that is how they seem they identify the accounts.
