My phone was supposed to be delivered today and the UPS driver didn't knock so now I have to get ahold of visible and allow them to release it to a drop box address or a warehouse address so I can pick it up today

Does anyone have suggestions as to why after switching to visible using a Google pixel 7 that the Google messages RCS chats will not verify the number. Mine works but a friend I referred just shows verifying number.
