How to increase rings or time before calls go to voicemail?

Hi @rdbeck - As of right now, there isn't a way to increase the number of rings or time before going to voicemail.  However, it appears that it's on the Visible roadmap for future enhancements.  Hope this helps.

I used the Visible chat line yesterday and asked the question of changing the time before going to voicemail. The chat person told me the code to call was 61321 plus the number of seconds desired. She gave example of 6132130 as requesting 30 seconds of delay before going to voicemail. I tried it and it didn't work. It seems she may have left something off as many of these codes are mixed with * and # characters;
