I wish to sign up for a Visible account. Once I activate the account with their SIM card, will all of my stuff (apps, data, settings, etc.) be preserved, or must I somehow migrate it to my new setup?
Your apps and settings are part of your phone not the carrier. Even your contacts are stored on your phone. If you are changing phones then you would have to do a Google search on how to transfer all you files, apps and photos to the new phone.
