Is there any visual voicemail with visible?

I am on a pixel 4a

I Dial *86 to check my voicemail

Is there any app that I can download to make the process much much easier to just have a visual of all the messages and pressing play?

To answer you title question, yes, Visible has visual voice mail. It is built into your phone but with an older phone it may not be available. Not sure if anyone will answer whether there is an app but try doing a Google search. Only thing I can suggest to do is look at your phone settings and see if you can find it. On my Motorola(Android) phone it can be found in the phone app, click settings, click voice mail and turn on visual voice mail. Not sure if it is the same on a Pixel.

I was told by a Visible CSR that visual voicemail is only available on IPhone. 

Is this incorrect? Have any other android users gotten visual voicemail to work?

I am a software engineer and have tried several options, including third party software. Nothing seems to work. At one point I received an error code 9004 in the default samsung Voicemail app and was given a verizon number to call (which then disconnected me). Could not reproduce it though.

I am on a samsung a52, btw.

I was told by Visible Chat that they do not have one. I successfully am using (6 months now) the Verizon Visual Voicemail.

I just got done with chat telling me that there's no visual voicemail on android phones and that I should use google voice for that.  Turns out, there's a settings menu in the phone app (which support _insisted_ for many minutes was called "Goggle Dialer").  I just had to switch it on.

He did convince me to just go back to Google though.  I'd rather get Google's lack of support than whatever this was supposed to be.  At least Google won't waste an hour of my time before I realize they're just untrained and operating off of an incomplete call center knowledge base (or whatever nice name we give "ask-whoever-is-available-on-slack-right-now").

Anyway, my visual voicemail which I do not have because I don't have an iPhone and also because I don't have "Goggle Dialer" is working now.  Just had to find the menu and turn it on.
