I have an iPhone 13 pro. 2 months ago I switched over to Visible from Verizon. Since then, I have had nothing but issue with network service. I have been using an E-SIM and service will cut out often. The only way to fix the problem is to go in to settings and toggle the "turn of this line" under the E-SIM. Recently, I ordered a physical SIM via the help support as a last ditch effort to fix the network service issues. However, they can not successfully help activate the physical SIM. I am three case numbers deep and well over 10 hours with help support in total. I had patience through the whole process until now. I will be sharing my horrible experience in hope others don't struggle with the same issues
