Who's having trouble logging in? I get Something went wrong!

  • What device are you using to access the site (smartphone, tablet, computer)?
  • Which browser (and version) are you using? 
  • Are you trying to log in through the Visible app or the website?
  • Have you cleared your browser cache and cookies recently?
  • Are you using a VPN or any other network security software?
  • Does the error occur every time you try to log in, or is it intermittent?
  • At which point in the login process does the error appear?
  • Are you able to access other parts of the Visible website without issues?
  • Have you tried logging in using a different device or network?
  • Can you provide a screenshot of the error message?

Here are some simple and common steps you could take that might fix the login issue:

  • Refresh the page: Sometimes, simply reloading the website can resolve temporary glitches.
  • Clear browser cache and cookies: This can help if the issue is caused by outdated or corrupted local data.

Believe the problem might be fixed, waiting for visible to fix it. I wasn't confirmed in the system. Weird, been aa customer for a couple of years now
