Loss of Signal and Slow Data Speeds


I decided to go with Visible since they are on Verizon.  I am in the Hampton Roads area and we have Verizon towers everywhere.  I purchased a new Samsung 5G phone from Visible.  I was having problems with dropped calls, SMS messaging not working and signal of 1 or 2 bars.  There is a Verizon tower about 1/4 mile away so I should be getting a good signal.  Visible customer service said I would get better signal and speed if I upgraded to premium plan, which I did.  Absolutely no difference and no matter where I drive, I have 1 or 2 bars and download speeds of less than 4Mbps.  My SMS messaging constantly stops downloading messages and I have to reboot the phone.
