Lost sim


I lost my sim card so I cannot get the code. I want to order new sim or get esim but cannot sign in. What should I do? Please help me.

Contact customer service and they can temporarily disable 2FA and can also help you get back on track. For chat you don't need to sign into your account, go to visible.com and click the little blue box in the lower right corner, it will say to sign in but of course you can't, type agent or live agent in the dialog box that way you will get the attention of a live agent.
