I have used Visible for several years now my iPhone 7 says no service yet it is connected to my Wi-Fi. Visible tried today for a couple of hours to resolve the situation to no avail. When I check my cellular data it says the word error next to it. It shows my network as Verizon and my iOS as 14.4.2 and says I need an update to 14.6 yet is unable to verify the update because it said I am not Internet connected. I cannot make or receive calls or access cellular data until I resolve this.
