I have a sim card with visible but no network/internet since yesterday what's the issue with the visible ISP and how can I get helped

A couple things to try, try turning on airplane mode and off again and see if that reconnects. Remove SIM card, reboot phone, reinstall SIM card and see if that connects. Try resetting network settings on your phone.
If you still can't connect then contact customer service by going to www.visible.com and click the help tab and the little blue box, follow the prompts talking to the chatbot, when you get a dialog box type agent. You can also contact customer service by messaging them on one of their social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, X, and on their support page on Reddit.
Nothing else we can really do here for you other than suggestions since this is a peer to peer forum.
