New customer/data freeze


Hello. I received my new Moto G power yesterday and started out good but by last night data seemed frozen or capped and only emergency phone calls were possible. At least twice there were messages that Visible had stopped my data access. Today is no different.

There were nearly 1 GB of updates yesterday but almost all were on wifi. I followed some of the help suggested by a moderator's (?) post but it didn't help.

I usually have bars on LTE but they disappear as soon as I try to get online. At 1 point I found the following: 

network: emergency calls only 

mobile network state: disconnected 

mobile data network type: unknown 

If I can't get LTE then I can't stay with Visible.
