New customer here - just paid off my phones with Sprint switching to Visable

So I literally just paid the phones off today, do I have to wait a certain time period before they unlock to switch over to Visable?

If you are going to port in your old number, I would definitively not recommend to come to Visible unless you can afford being with a cell phone for 5 to 7 days. I have been waiting for 5 days now, with no cell phone, because Visible customer support messed up my port in process. Be aware !!!!
