I just signed up for Visible and inserted my sim card. Do I have to cancel my service or does visible do that since I provided all of the information? I don't have service after restarting my phone?
It takes about 10 minutes till Verizon releases your number. Does your old SIM still work? As long your old SIM works the visible SIM is not gonna have service, I would recommend you to insert the visible SIM after the Verizon SIM gets disconnected.
I did that, and the Verizon account is disconnected but I still have no service. I have a customer service ticket number and now waiting for them to get back to me. Thanks for your help. I was hoping this change would be easy...ugh!
