Phone call ended? No texts?

I try to make a call and abruptly disconnects w a message if phone call ended. I have to restart the phone to call successfully.  I also don't receive texts. Restart the phone and to get them. Anyone?

What the heck? Any updates from the company acknowledging this? My wife and I have Galaxy S10e. Hers acts up more than mine.
