Port out Nightmare


Hi Visible community, this is pretty crazy.  My old phone stopped working and so I decided to switch to Visible and purchase a new iPhone.  That was on Sunday September 25.2022.  It’s now almost Friday with no number to use.  I’ve spent too many hours on chat already with no help.  I have two young kids and it’s not safe for me to be without a phone for emergencies.  Tried using my old SIM so I could use my phone number while I wait to get the port out but Visible has locked the new phone.  It’s going on five days now and I am not able to talk to anyone.  Going to return the phone and be done with this if it’s not resolved within 24 hours from now.
