transferring my phone number from Cox Communications

I'm trying to port my phone number from Cox Communications to Visible, and can find no info on Visible's list of providers to contact. What do I do?

Here is a list of carriers you can port from and I don't see Cox Communications.

If you want to port to Visible you would have to port your number to one of the carriers on that list first then port to Visible.
You can contact Visible customer service through chat, go to their website, click the help tab and click the little blue box in the bottom right corner. When you open the chat you will first ask questions to a chatbot at anytime you get a dialog box type agent or live agent it should ask if you want to speak to a representative. You can also message them on one of their social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, X or their support page on reddit. They don't have a phone number to call.
