Just received email from Visible my old number has now been ported. Opened Visible app and it confirmed number was ported. However, my iPhone 14 doesn’t show the new number being active even after being restarted twice. Is there another step or two I need to do to activate the old number on my visible account/iPhone?
ANSWER: Patience was the answer. Within an hour of getting email notifications from my former carrier and Visible, the phone switched to the ported number.
