Prepaid Visa Issue

So, when I try to add my Prepaid Visa from Simon it denies it. I’m pretty sure it relates to the postal code, I need want to pay my bill this way since it’s the only option for me. What do I do in order for me to pay using a Visa Prepaid Card?

You would have to contact customer service about this issue. I think Visible doesn't allow the use of prepaid cards, only credits cards and PayPal.
