Referral Code Not Working after 1st Person


After using Visible for a year, I have convinced my three young adult sons to switch. Conveniently, two of them need new phones. We signed one of them up and used my referral code without a problem.

However, I am getting the "code not working or expired" message on the second son's account. I used help chat and was told to make sure we put his email address in before entering the code -- so we did. No luck.

I can't wait much longer to get the deal on this phone. What should we do?

Only thing I can suggest is to make sure to type it in correctly, what I mean by that is I believe the code is case sensative.
