Hello,
I recently paid for an annual plan, however due to set up issues, am looking to get a refund on the payment, as we as a family are going to go in a different direction for this service.
I cannot find a contact number or email address anywhere. If someone can point to where to request this refund, it would be appreciated.

I hate to inform you that Visible is a prepaid service will not issue a refund if you activated and used the service for a phone call, a text or even the tiniest bit of data has been used. I don't think thee is any wiggle room when it comes to refunds.
Visible does not have a phone number or email address to contact them by. This link explains how to contact them. https://www.visible.com/help/contact-us chat is the blue box in the bottom right corner of this page. It is not listed on that page but you can also contact them through their support page on Reddit.
The following is on the annual plan page under FAQ
- No refunds will be awarded after activation.
- Members should confirm coverage area before purchase.
- If your device experiences activation issues or coverage issues please contact Visible Care for assistance.
Please don't shoot the messenger, I am not a Visible employee and only a customer myself and I really hate giving bad new like this to other customers. Good luck!
