You will need to contact customer service for this request. You can get a hold of them via chat, Twitter or Facebook messenger. The latter two can be found at the bottom righthand corner of this page and click on either icon. Chat can be found at visible.com and click the blue box in the bottom righthand corner of that page.

I just had a chat with customer service (Jett RULES) and my new TCL 50 just was not accepting any cord I put in it. Turns out all I needed to do was restart my phone. Something as simple as an app not closing properly made this happen. So for anyone looking at this in the future, try that.
