SIM card deactivation/reactivation


Hello, new user here.


We ordered several SIM cards with new numbers. Purolator said they delivered them, and they did not show up.  As time was of the essence, we ordered more. Then today, the 'original' SIMS arrived out of nowhere. They seem to be deativated because we ordered new ones. 


The question - since the sims are free - can we 'reactivate' the old sims on other phones and have new plans attached to them (which is what we want to do - use the new ones AND the old ones on different phones), or are the 'original' SIMS just garbage now?

Indeed, once a new SIM card is issued from our end and your phone number is associated to it, the old one is disconnected and can no longer be reactivated.
