I had an issue with my credit card denying the monthly payment and now my phone is turned off. I can't access anything in my account to put in a new credit card (I can sign in, but the normal options aren't there). I've been chatting with a rep on the secure portal for a few days and can't even get a call back to help me fix it. I've decided to switch carriers and I need a port out pin for my phone number. But I can't access it in my account and I can't get a customer service rep to help me. Please tell me how to proceed so that I can get phone service!!!
