New activation

Just tried transferring my T-Mobile numbers to Visible. It won't accept the QR code for the E-SIM. I notice that the IMEI for the other phone is displaying on the phone I'm trying to activate - how do I correct this?

Resolved! eSIM download limit

I have had trouble with my eSIM activating and troubleshot by phone multiple times, now the app says that I have reached my eSIM download limit and my request cannot be processed. I cannot go through my settings and reset my eSIMs because that option...
