Purchased a Samsung A53. The IMEI shows as being supported. When I sign into the Visible App it asked me to Transfer the SIM. The App thinks the phone has an ESim, which it doesn't. Still shows the old phone under devices. Tried it from another device and it lets me enter a IMEI, but fails apply the settings. No online options to enter the IMEI outside of the app.
The phone works for Calls and Texts, but once a day the phone will stop getting texts and only starts again after being rebooted. I see other newer Samsung phones with the same issue.
