Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra No Security Updates since Nov 2024 when I started with Visible from AT&T

I have been on Visible since December 1, 2024 and since then no security updates. AT&T updated every month.   When can I expect Visible to update or is something wrong.  When I check for updates it says to try again in 24 hours.  Also at times I get an alert that I have no Wifi to update, but I do.

Any Idea's???

After checking with Visible and doing a lot of research I have found out my Samsung S23 Ultra that was originally from AT&T and is unlocked will NOT get OTA updates from Visible.  I could not find anything in their docs that state that.  I have also found out that Samsung Smart Switch can be used to update my phone.   I Downloaded it to my Laptop and updated my S23 Ultra to the December 1, 2024 Update.

I also checked my wifes S20 FE and it also did security updates.

I don't remember Visible saying that when you bring your own phone they will not support updates. In my estimation they want your business then will try to sell you one of their phones.  I wish they were more upfront about no Software Updates. I am sure that not everybody that  switches to Visible is aware of that and have no idea how to update their Samsung Phones.

It just goes back to the old saying  "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"

I have an S24 and get them around the 10th of the month give or take. I use mobile data myself to update. I am currently on the One UI 7 Beta and apparently the January 1st security update must have downloaded with that when I upgraded last week to Beta version 3. That would been Tuesday the 7th. 

Have you tried restarting your phone and trying again. I have no other suggestions.
