Speed issues?

I am showing full bars of 5G but speed tests are showing at best 8mb/s down and 0.4-0.8mb/s up. Any idea what's going on? This is exceedingly slow for LTE but I am showing full bars of 5G. And a coworker in the same room on Verizon is getting 100 - 110mb/s.

What are you using to test the spped? This is Verizon's preferred site: https://www.verizon.com/speedtest/

I have the exact same issues since i signed up over a year ago.  I am positive it is the Verizon network give a low priority to Visible.  Have you had any resolution?

I have had the same issue since I signed up a year ago.  Has anyone found a resolution to this issue?  I am guessing it is because Verizon is giving a low priority to Visible by deprioritization.
