I'm on my 3rd chat today and the information I am being provided is contradictory. It's a system issue, it's just you, there's no known outage, there's an outage. On my 4th chat now. Keep getting logged off. They are asking me to do the same troubleshooting I had to do last week. I already did all of that. It's stall tactics. I was with Verizon for years... insane.
