Mine just started working. I never got through to Visible. I reset my network settings and about 10 min. later I was getting messages. Not sure if what I did fixed it or if Visible fixed it but its working.
I finally got to live chat with an agent. Not sure if it's a coincidence or not, but as soon they sent me an email to verify my account, texts start coming in again. But all the old texts I missed aren't coming in, I'm afraid they're lost forever.
