Two step authentication wants to send code to old number

I cannot log in to my account because of an error in the 2-step authentication.  It wants me to set it up, but it is sending the code to the temporary number I had for only 21 hours.  It is not sending it to my ported number, which has been active for a week or two.  Any way around this problem?

 

I tried the chat but haven't gotten past the bot to an actual human agent (using the app on my phone).

Type live agent in the dialog box to get a real representative.
