You may already have this solved, but I reset mine to factory just like it was when I first bought it, and when I was setting it up, it ask about cellular and it took me straight to Visible I tapped on it, agreed to everything and everything went very smooth. Then I had it download everything from iCloud and it was as it was before at the cellular work perfect. Might give it a try if you hadnโt already got it going.
