Hello,
I'm trying to setup a Visible account (moving from TMo postpaid) and have a unlocked iPhone 14 Pro. When I check the device, both eSIM IMEI numbers read back as incompatible with Visible network now. I don't think this should be the case, but not sure how to proceed.
Is it true that iPhone 14 Pro doesn't work with Visible?

You can find out if your iPhone is locked by going to Settings > General > About. If "No SIM restrictions" appears next to Carrier Lock, your iPhone is unlocked.
Since Visible uses Verizon, check if your device locked at to https://www.verizon.com/sales/prepaid/byod/enterDeviceIMEI.html
If it still says the phone locked, I suggest you contact TMO to release the lock.

Yes, Carrier Lock says "No SIM restrictions". The link you posted says the device will work with Verizon. I don't really understand why it's being rejected with the Visible checking system.

Sorry for the trouble, I just checked it again today and now the Visible device checker is working. So I'm not sure what the ghost in the system was yesterday.
