I've not been able to activate service due to the validation email not coming thru to my email. Got ahold of a live agent, he checked the email address and said they've been sending and to check my spam/junk folders. I did so, nothing there. He re-sent a verification email and it came thru, he re-sent the sim shipping email and it came thru. He said to check my email server's junk/spam folders, I did so and there is nothing there either.
When I hit the button for the validation email, it says sending/sent but nothing arrives. I hit it again it says sending then a box pops up saying oops something went wrong, we're working on it.
So I'm dead in the water it seems, can't activate service, so at least I'm not getting billed for it.
Anybody got any suggestions?

Update, changed to my gmail acct, verification came right thru as did activation and billing. Looks like I'm up and running then, we'll see how it goes from here........
