I had an issue with my debit card about a month ago so I had to order a new debit card from my bank. I temporarily switched to my credit card on the Visible website to cover my upcoming payment. My payment went through but now I can't get past this message in the "Overview" to put in my new debit card information, "We were unable to process your request. Please try again later." I have chatted with three different Visible support staff and they seemed baffled but nothing gets done. Not sure what step to take from here.
