No one is available at the WEB chat. I need to confirm the upgrade process.

1. is extra internet access requires to upgrade ? 

2. will my Visible phone Blade A3 Prime work with the upgrade ?

You need internet access to upgrade from an old Visible plan to 1 of the 2 new plans. That access can be WIFI or mobile data. You need the updated Visible app to upgrade. Not sure what you man by "extra " internet access.

The Visible compatibility checker will tell you if the phone is compatible with the new plans. Not all phones that worked with the old plan are compatible with the new plans.

The phone itself needs to be connected to the net. The updated Visible app* will give you the upgrade steps.
