I have tried to buy a phone and start an account. I have used 3 credit cards that are all working fine. I keep getting the same error. See below:
"Looks like there's an issue with the payment method you entered. Please try again or use another payment method. If the issue persists, please call the payment provider for help."
Payment providers indicate the problem is NOT on their end.

I had the same problem and had to use paypal. capital one and visa both flagged my transaction as potential fraud. Not sure what is going on with the visible payment system.

I had visa and mastercard both flag my transaction for a new phone as potential fraud. I had to use paypal I have no idea what is going on with the visible payment system, but it is not good
I had to spend and hour with credit card companies unwinding this mess.

Legit payments not being accepted. 2 CC nd Venmo tried. Citi bank says it's on Visibles end. They are getting the ping for $0 -to confirm the legit card, and txt me a code to verify, but no request for payment. Tried 2 browsers as well. I spent 1.5 on chat yesterday and no result.
Also, per Visible tried a different e-mail...nothing

This issue is still ongoing as of today. Visible customer service? Username says it all.
