I hit activate and I get this message: "Oops. Unfortunately we're unable to process your order"
WHat does this mean?

If you haven't already you need to contact customer service either on chat or one of their social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or X now, and on their support page on Reddit.

Spent two hours with customer service. I still get the same error message. I gave up and took some time away. will try again in a few days.

Hi-did you get your phone fixed? It’s been over 48 hours since my number was ported into Visible and it still doesn’t work despite numerous chats with agents and one supervisor phone call. I think it’s a sim issue but no one has confirmed.
My account isn’t active yet, so I have no pin to port out of Visible. Additionally the phone I bought is locked for 60 days.
They are holding me hostage. Hoping your situation ended well which would give me hope.
