England is part of the United Kingdom, Global pass should work their but you might want to contact customer service through chat or one of their social media platform and verify which part of England/UK you are visiting to make sure. You need the plus plan, enable Global Pass and autopay and it is charged at $10 per day.
I have read if you have an iPhone(possibly will work on Android with dual SIM capability but not sure) you can get a data eSIM and use wi-fi calling to the data SIM to use your Visible number. I don't know the exact procedure how this is done or how it works. It is mentioned on Visible's Reddit page a lot so maybe do some research on Google/Reddit. Hope this helps.
